Randall C. Berinhout, M.D.
Dr. Berinhout is a Board Certified Anesthesiologist, with additional fellowship training in pain management through the University of South Florida Pain Management Program. He graduated from the University of Miami School of Medicine, and then went on to complete his internship in general surgery at Los Angeles County Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. He completed his residency in Anesthesiology at Los Angeles County-University of Southern California Medical Center.

As Medical Director of Pain Management Specialists of Atlanta, PC, Dr. Berinhout specializes in the treatment of pain syndromes. He is trained in the latest, most advanced techniques of Pain Management. Dr. Berinhout truly believes a compassionate, caring and gentle approach to his patients is one of the most important aspects of helping patients feel better and eventually recover their lives.

Pickens A. Patterson III, M.D.
Dr. Patterson is an anesthesiologist with fellowship training in pain management. He attended the United States Naval Academy and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Hampton University. He graduated from the Medical College of Georgia, earning his Doctor of Medicine. He completed his residency and internship in Anesthesiology at Vanderbilt University. He then went on to complete his fellowship in Pain Management at Vanderbilt University.

Prior to joining Pain Management Specialists of Atlanta, PC, Dr. Patterson was in private practice for three years in South Carolina. He grew up in the College Park/Southwest Atlanta area and recently relocated back to the Atlanta area with his family. We are proud to have Dr. Patterson as a part of Pain Management Specialists of Atlanta, PC. He has already proven himself to be a remarkable asset to this practice.
